Boil the salted water in a pot and add the spaghetti. Cook the spaghetti as long as you like. In another pan add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and the sliced garlic and the chili pepper. Do attention not to burn the garlic! Take some water from the pot you cooked the spaghetti and add to the pot with oil. Then add the spaghetti and cook all together for about 2 minutes. Add the parsley and a pinch of salt. Your pasta is ready.
