Egg Drop Soup

Ingredients for 2:

2 cups of Water (or about 450 ml)

2 Eggs

2 Tablespoons of Grated Parmesan cheese

1 Tablespoon of Chopped Parsley


Ground pepper


In a small or medium-size saucepan boil the water. Add a three-fingered pinch of salt and some ground pepper, then drop the egg yolk, the parsley and the Parmesan cheese. With a fork stir it until the eggs are tattered and it starts to boil. Taste it and voilá your soup is ready
